We are suppliers of used commercial vehicles. We are an authorised and regulated vehicle finance broker. We are not a funder or a lender. We are able to introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products, which may have different interest rates and charges. We are not an independent financial advisor. We may advise you on these products, subject to your personal circumstances, though you are not obligated to take our advice or recommendation. We do not charge a fee for our services. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount you borrow) The Lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates. However, the amount of commission we receive from the lender does not have an effect on the amount that you pay to that lender under your finance agreement. If asked, we will inform you of the level of commission we are receiving.
We do not charge a fee for our finance brokering services. If you place an order with our Company we may request a vehicle securing deposit to be paid. The amount will normally be £300. A larger deposit may be requested for specialised vehicles or vehicles which require modifications. Payment can be made by debit / credit card or bank transfer. The securing deposit is normally retained and used as part payment for the purchase of a vehicle.
We may charge you a cancellation fee, as set out in out Terms of business, should you cancel an order before delivery is completed. The fee will not normally be more than £300. However, should a vehicle have been modified or have had dealer options fitted at your request, then additional cancellation charges will be requested in order to recover incurred costs. In the event of an order being cancelled by us, we will not charge you a cancellation fee.
